Processed foods with preservatives (boxed and canned foods; food dyes, natural and artificial flavors)

Concentrated juices

Dairy products

Vitamins (eg.1000 mg vit. C, etc.)

Tibetan cordyceps

Turmeric (natural antibiotic)

Oregano oil (natural anti-biotic; 1-2 drops per cup of water)

Garlic (natural antibiotic; do not take with heat condition)

 

Remedies for draining dampness, phlegm, clearing heat, and detox:

Ginger lemon honey tea w/cayenne pepper
